The Handstand Manual is a 6+ week handstand specific programme with 30 unique workouts.

A week consists of 4 sessions, plus an additional body preparation day at the end of the week. Starting from the very foundations to confidently holding a free standing handstand.

The full programme can be done at home or in the gym and is suitable for complete beginners and those with prior handstand training.

At the end of each week you will complete specific benchmark exercises to self assess your progress and master your handstand.
